Operating regulations for fengmao power diesel generator set

发电机组必须由指定人员操作，操作前须认真阅读随机操作手册及规定：

The generator set must be operated by the designated personnel. Read the random operation manual and regulations carefully before operation:

启动之前

Before starting

1、检查柴油机各部分是否正常（机组各相应机件）。

Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal (corresponding parts of the unit).

2、检查水箱水位是否满足（液面应尽可能接近加水口面处）。

Check the water level of the water tank (the liquid level should be as close as possible to the water inlet surface).

3、检查机油油位（确保机油液面在油尺刻度最大值和最小值之间）。

Check the oil level of the machine (make sure the oil level of the machine is between the maximum and minimum of the scale)

4、检查燃油是否充足，有无渗漏，打开油箱开关。

Check if the fuel is adequate and leaking. Turn on the fuel tank switch.

5、检查蓄电池，合上蓄电池到机组链接之间的开关。

Check the battery and close the switch between the battery and the unit link.

6、检查空气开关PFF断开状态。

Check air switch PFF break status.

启动及运行

Start and run

1、打开电锁，启动柴油机，机组启动成功后松开启动钥匙。防止柴油机损坏，连接启动发电机时间不能超过10秒，若10面不能启动，须等3-5分钟方能进行下次启动。

Open the electric lock and start the diesel engine. Release the starting key after the unit is started successfully. To prevent diesel engine damage, the time of connecting and starting the generator must not exceed 10 seconds. If 10 surfaces cannot start, it must wait 3-5 minutes for the next start.

2、机组启动后，检查柴油机各种仪表读数是否正常。通过电位器或调节油门拉杆，使电压为400V，频率指示为50HZ。

The unit starts, check all kinds of diesel engine if the meter reading is normal. Through the potentiometer or adjust the throttle lever, the voltage is 400 v, 50 hz frequency instructions.

3、机组正常运行，并确定无任何故障后开启空气开关到ON位，正常供电。

The unit is in normal operation, and it is determined that there is no fault after opening the air switch to the ON position, normal power supply.

4、机组带负载运行中，注意观察柴油机仪表上的读数，仪表指针必须正常，否则予以调整。

In the operation of the unit with load, pay attention to the reading on the diesel engine meter, the meter pointer must be normal, otherwise it will be adjusted.

5、水温：70°--90° 电压表：380-400V 油压表：300-500Kpa 频率表：50-52HZ

Water temperature: 70 °, 90 ° voltmeter: 70-400 - v oil pressure gauge: 300-500 kpa frequency table: 50 to 52 hz

6、发电机组运行过程中，不得断开蓄电池与机组之间的连线。

During the operation of the generating set, the connection between the battery and the unit shall not be cut off.

机组停机

Machine stop

1、断开负荷要缓慢，以保证发动机使用寿命，停机前应断开负载开关，将机组运转1-3分钟才能停机。

Disconnect the load slowly to ensure the service life of the engine. Before stopping, disconnect the load switch and run the unit for 1-3 minutes before stopping.

2、停机检查发动机机油、水有无泄漏，并关闭燃油阀。

Stop to check engine oil and water for leakage and close fuel valve.

3、当机组发生紧急状况时，允许按下紧急按钮，切断供油，使机组迅速停机。

When the unit is in an emergency, it is allowed to press the emergency button to cut off the oil supply and shut down the unit quickly.
